Ceremony to begin at 5:00pm.
Parking will be provided via drive up valet beginning at 4:00 pm.
Once you reach the Bear Brand – Ocean Ranch community, you will enter through a guarded gate where you will provide your name to the attendant. Please continue to the residence where you will be greeted by valet.
If you are arriving via hired car service [a la Uber or Lyft] you will still provide your name at the gate and have the driver continue to the residence all the same.
To be considerate for our neighbours, the evening will wind down at 10:00 pm at which time valet will be happy to bring you your vehicle. Uber and Lyft will also be allowed in through the gate to collect you at the residence.
Overnight parking is not available.
Dress Code is black tie.
To be respectful of cultural traditions and sensibilities, this is a dry wedding.
Dinner will be a sit-down service but everyone will have an opportunity to try everything made available.
